Given to find sum of  $2x^2+3xy-5$  and  $7+2xy-x^2$

$(2x^2+3xy-5)+(7+2xy-x^2)= (2x^2-x^2)+(3xy+2xy)+(-5+7)$

                                                   $=x^2+5xy+2$

Now we should find the difference between  $x^2+5xy+2$  and  $3xy + x^2 -2$

$(x^2+5xy+2)-(3xy+x^2-2)= (x^2-x^2)+(5xy-3xy)+[2-(-2)]$

                                                  $= 0 +2xy+ (2+2)$

                                                  $=2xy+4$
