4 + 3x =

4+ 3x = 0

3x = 0 - 4

3x = -4

x = -4/3

5 - 4x + 2x square

5 - 4x + 4x = 0

5 = 0

3x square - 5x - x square + 2x + 5 = 0

-4x + 2x +5  = 0

-2x + 5 = 0

-2x = 0 - 5

-2x = - 5

x = -5/-2
