excess height of tower from the building be x,

so,
 
tan60= x/y=root3
or,
x=yroot3 ------ 1

tan30=15/y= 1/root3
or,
y= 15root3  ----------- 2

Substituting 2 into 1,

x= 15root3 x root3
  =15x3
  =45m

total height of tower= 45+15m
                                  =60m
