Let AB be the building and CD be the tower such that <EAD = 60o and <EAC = <ACB = 45o

Now, In triangle ABC, tan 45 = 1 = AB/BC

So, AB = AE = 7 m

Again in triangle AED,

tan 60 = root 3 = DE/AE

So, DE= AE.root3 = 7 . root3 m

Height of the cable tower = h + 7 = 7 root 3 m+ 7 m  = 7 (1+ root3) m
