\tan60=\frac{50}{BC}\\\\\sqrt3=\frac{50}{AD}\\\\\text{Since BC is equal to AD}\\\\AD=\frac{50}{\sqrt3}.......(2)

From (1) and (2)

(50-h)=\frac{50}{\sqrt3}\\\h=50-\frac{50}{\sqrt3}\\\\h=21.13

Hence, height of the pole is 21.13 m.
