dear guy!
the answer is similar but not same:
Since angle of dipression is 45deg
height of the building would be 7m
now angle of elevation is 60deg
tan 60=x/7
√3=x/7
x=7√3m
height of the tower is 7+7√3
7(1+√3)
7(1+1.73)
7*2.73
19.11m
