From this question we understand that curd can be stored only in Steel. What is so special about steel? It is a usual alloy like, Brass, and Bronze. If Brass and Bronze cannot be used for storing Curd, then why is steel used?
I need the REASON for why steel is able to store curd, while the other metals/alloys given in the options are not able to do so. Kindly help.

Curd can be stored in steel as steel has a layer of tin on it. Curd has lactic acid in it but tin doesn't react with it so fast as compared to other metals . thus the cute stays safe.

Ideally, it isn't right to store acidic substances in any metallic container whatsoever. However, steel is preferred as it's an alloy of iron, carbon, sometimes chromium. These form a relatively inert alloy as compared to alloys like brass and bronze which are a bit higher on the reactivity scale and can release toxic ions into your curd/acid.
