THE BOYS REFLECT SOME REMARKABLE FAMILY VALUES EVEN AT THAT TENDER AGE . THEY ARE AN EPITOME OF SELFLESSNESS, DEVOTION, DETERMINATION,SACRIFICE,LOVE AND CARE WHICH ARE BASIC FAMILY VALUES.
THE WAR DESTROYS EVERYTHING THEY HAD.. PARENTS,HOME,FAMILY,CHILDHOO-D, AND JOY.THERE SISTER IS SUFFERING FROM TUBERCULOSIS OF SPINE AND IS HOSPITALIZED.THEY RESOLVE TO BUILD A NEW LIFE FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR SISTER LUCIA.THEY NOT ONLY GET THEIR SISTER ADMITTED BUT DO HARD WORK DAY AND NIGHT TO MEET THE EXPENSES OF HER TREATMENT .ALL THIS THEY MUST HAVE LEARNT FROM THEIR FAMILY.THUS THEY SIGNIFY THE IMPORTANCE OF FAMILY VALUES.

I HOTE THIS MIGHT HELP U.....

The story focuses on family relations and its importance. We can see how the three siblings are attached to each other. The mother is already dead and the father dies during the war. Though the house is destroyed and the children face many problems, they do not leave each other. The only sister, Lucia suffers from tuberculosis and both the brothers work hard to earn money to pay for her treatment. Lucia also loves her brothers very much. This can be understood from the fact that she is happy to see them when they go to meet her at the nursing home.
