actually the farmers of the constitution made the constitution of India a very highly culture constitution. if you look at the structure you can see that the preamble of the constitution was inspired by the preamble of USA. and some other parts are influenced by the constitution of England.. we can't say that it was borrowed.. it is somehow a mix of many constitutions of the World and geared up as the great longest written constitution of all time..
