Maddie pinned her drawing in the bedroom to make it appear vibrant and colorful.

Explanation:

• When she got home, she noticed that the pink wallpaper in her room was torn. It looked pretentious hence to cover it up she used her drawing.  

• This changed the whole look of the room.  

• Peggy's face was drawn by Maddie. The face and head in the drawing looked exactly like hers. This made Peggy quite happy and contented.
