here's ur answer...
actually it's a formula when we want to convert km/h in m/s and when we want to convert m/s in km/h we multiply it by 18/5.
u can clearly see that first it was 144km/h and when it's multiplied by 5/18 it became 40m/s. it's multiplied by 5/18 to convert it in m/s because time is in seconds so it will be easy to solve.
