Explanation:

The reproduction of plants result in seeds. Seeds differ according to the different plants that produce them. It has various parts and each part has different functions. These parts include- tesla, micropyle, Hilum, cotyledon, radicle, plumule and endosperm.  

Among these parts, the radicle helps in root developing. It is the embryonic form of the root of a plant. The first portion of the embryo develops during the germination of seed.
