Some of the common economic activities that we see are trade, transportation, manufacturing, technical services, teaching, banking etc. All these activties create some cash flow.

Now non ecomic activties are treating people with respect, helping someone without money, curing some patient free, coaching someone for free and gardening

Teaching - Teaching at school and coaching for income is economic activity, while teaching for charity is non economic activity.

Treatment of patients - Treatment provided by doctor in exchange of fees is economic activity while free of cost treatment at camps or other places is non economic activity.

Cooking - Cooking at restaurants, stalls for income is economic activity while cooking at home is non economic activity.

Cleaning - Cleaning work done by domestic helper, sweeper is economic activity while cleaning done by individual at their home is non economic activity.
