Nicola tesla was born on July 10, 1856 in Smiljan in the Austo-Hungarian Empire ( modre day- Croatia ).His father Milutin Tesla was a serbian orthodox Priest, and his mother, Djuka Mandic was an inventor of household appliances. Nicola Tesla was one of five children including sibblings Dane, Angelina, Milka and Marica. Katharina McMahon Johnson was according to some accounts was only one woman who Nicola fall in live with. Nicola Tesla was an engineer known for designing the alternating current (AC) electric system which is still the predominant electrical system used across the world. He also created the " Tesla Coil " which is still used in radio technology. Throughout his carrier, he designed and denveloped ideas for a number of important invention.He died at the age of 86 years in 1943.
