Tertiary sector do not produce the material themselves but are an aid to the services and is also called service sector

Tertiary sector emerged as the largest producing sector in the past 100 years.

This has largely been due to the :

1.increase in income and people start dreaming note facilities like education, tour,transport etc.

2.with the development of agriculture and industry is a development of trade and storage and transport

3. there are several facilities which are considered important in any country such as education, tourism, hospitality etc.
