Dude the term doesn't have a full form. Anyways if u wanted the definition then, here it is:

The average velocity of an object is its total displacement divided by the total time taken. In simple words if there are 2 velocities, you gotta divide add those 2 velocities and then divide them with the total time it took{add both the time taken} and the answer which u get is called average velocity.
