Full form of RTI and SPIO is given below:

• RTI is “Right to Information” Act. The term comes from the Right to Information Act, 2005 that provides for transparency and availability of information to the public. It provides for compulsory response to be given to a person who asks for a response or information. This act requires all the “public authority” to computerise their records for “wide dissemination”.
• SPIO is “State Public Information Officer”. This is in context with the Right to Information. Authority in whose name information is provided for Specific officers are provided under the State Act.
