The length of Wiper = OB = 21+14 =35 cm.
Since the length of wiper remains same, So, OC = 35 cm
Now, It is an isosceles ∆.
But since Angle O = 60°, Therefore, Angle B and Angle C = 60° Each,
So it is an Equilateral ∆.
Now, you can very easily use Heron'S formula to calculate area of ∆.
And perimeter = 3 × 35 = 105 cm
