so, Y take = (t+8) min.

Let distance b/w Point A & B = D

putting value y in equation (1) we get,

3x +3(tx/(t+8)) = tx

3+(3t/(t+8)) = t

(3t+8)+3t = t²+8t

t²+2t-24 = 0

t²+6t-4t-24 = 0
