In this poem, poet presented a very subtle image of violence and death that has taken place worldwide. The poem is of a sarcastic tone on the deteriorating condition of police administration and its inability to prevent constantly growing incidents of violence all throughout the world. Poet questions why it is happening in India or why it should happen anywhere in the world. Different forms and context of violence has been given at the last of the poem. Millions of people died in these places because of collective violence by people who identify themselves as members of a group or set of individuals in order to achieve political, economic, or social objectives. It takes variety of forms: armed conflicts within or between states;state perpetrated violence, representation. During the 20thcentury, one of the most violent periods in human history, an estimated 191 million people lost their lives directly or

indirectly as a result of armed conflict and over half of them were civilians. Violent acts often used as weapon of war to demoralize communities and destroy their social structures. There are different factors that cause violent conflicts like a lack of democratic process and unequal access of power, social inequalities marked by gr

ossly unequal distribution of an access to resources, etc. What can be done to prevent violence must be addressed on multiple levels and in multiple sectors of society simultaneously. Identifying and measuring these factors can provide timely warning to decision makers for what action is required. As the title of the poem suggests and set the sarcastic tone co-presented a general and common scenario that like always this time also police arrived when the incident has already taken place. Timely action on arrival could have prevented the act of violence. At last when the police reached, even the witnesses were not there to tell the tale of horrific event. What is left to see or examine were the burnt dead bodies and ashes.
