Blood is composed of both liquid and cellular parts.the liquid part in the blood is the plasma and the cellular part includes the red blood corpuscles, white blood corpuscles and platelets. Blood is red in colour because of presence of haemoglobin which is composed of iron and is oval in shape

Blood consists of rbcs,wbcs,platelets and it is red in colour.

it's function is to transport the waste material to its organ of function, it help in the transport of gases and it help to transport oxygen to our body cell.
