Digestive gland is present inside the stomach (J-shaped).

The gastric glands secrete three type of gastric juices.

That are given below:-

1. HCL (hydrochloric acid ) present inside the stomach which help to make the food and acidic medium for pepsin and it also help for kill the bacteria which may be comes through the food into the stomach.

2.Pepsin:-It is enzyme which help to digest protein and convert into amino acid.

3. Mucus:-The main function of mucus is to protect the inner lining of stomach and also protect from the harmful action of HCL.
