Each oviduct is shaped like a funnel. The widest part of the funnel, or infundibulum, contains finger-like projections, called fimbriae, which move to overlie the ovulatory site on the ovary. In this way, the infundibulum directs the ovum into the oviduct.....✌️❤️✔️
