1--Complete the digestion of starch (pancreatic amylase).
2--Carry out about half of protein digestion(via the action of trypsin, chymotrypsin, carboxypeptidase).
3--They are totally responsible for fat digestion because the pancreas is essentially the only source of lipases.
4--They digest nucleic acids(nucleases).
5--The pancreas secretes pancreatic juice which contains enzymes like trypsin for digesting proteins and lipase for breaking down emulsified fats.

Heya!! Here is your answer!
But first, let me explain you from the beginning.
⭐Many enzymes act on the food in the small intestine, some act on carbohydrates, some on proteins and some on fats. Some of these enzymes are produced in the wall of the small intestine.Others are produced by an organ known as the Pancreas. The Pancreas secretes a pancreatic juice and the liver secretes bile.Bile and the pancreatic juice, together enter the intestine through tubes, called ducts.
