Functional report of SEBI Reference:

The Yearly report of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) presents a report on the working of the financial year.

The SEBI works under the legal structure of the SEBI ACT of 1992. The objectives of the SEBI Act are laid below:

1. Protection of the interest of the investors and its securities.

2. Development and promotion of the market and its securities.

3. Market securities ans its regulation

4. Matters that are concerned with the incident.

These are the functional part that SEBI looks into account and follws a strict rule.
