1)hypothalamus: it lies below the thalamus.
F- stimulates the activity of target gland or inhibits the activity of target glands.
H- releasing factors eg.TRH, GRH,ARH,etc
2)pituitary gland: it is attached to the lower surface of brain.
H- growth hormone(GH)
F- effects the height of a person.
3)thyroid gland: situated at the back side of trachea and infront of larynx.
H-thyroxine hormone
F-maintains the carbohydrates, protein and fat metabolism for proper growth and development.
4) pancreas: in the abdominal region located posterior to the stomach.
H-secreats insulin
F-helps in maintaining blood pressure and health hazard.

1.Adrenal glands :-releases adrenalin hormones:-situated above kidneys.
2.Salivary gland :-above the palate and besides the jaw:-releases saliva
3.Duodenum glans:-releases trypsin , amylase :-situated above liver.
4.pancreas:-releases insulin:-situated above the liver.
