Chloroplast

chloroplast are present in green algae and higher plants. They have a green pigment called chlorophyll and they are involved in the photosynthesis of food so chloroplast are the "kitchen of the cell". Each chloroplast is bounded by two unit membranes like the mitochondria : grana and stroma.

Vacuoles

vacuoles are fluid filled or solid field and membranes founded spaces they are kind of storage sacs .Vacuoles help to maintain the osmotic pressure in a cell. They stores toxic metabolic by products or end products of plant cells. They provide turgidity and rigidity to the plant cells.
