Democratic rights are rights that citizens of a democratic country enjoy. These rights include

1. Right to freedom.
2. Right to equality.
3. Right to judicial remedy.
4. Cultural and educational rights.
5. Right against exploitation.

The rights of an individual which a democratic set up endows on him/ her are called as democratic rights. In a democratic country like India, a person has the fundamental rights to equality, freedom, exploitation, freedom of religion and cultural and educational rights.
