✷The forebrain controls body temperature, reproductive functions, eating, sleeping, and the display of emotions.

✷At the five-vesicle stage, the forebrain separates into the diencephalon (thalamus, hypothalamus, subthalamus, epithalamus, and pretectum) and the telencephalon which develops into the cerebrum.

The forebrain consists mainly cerebrum

It has following functions

The cerebrum is the main thinking part of the brain

It is the site of learning , reasoning, a personality, memory

Gives us the sensation and feeling

All the voluntary actions of the body is controlled by it
