a mast cell is a type of white blood cell which functions for the immune system of the body .

they do the best role in the allergy or annaphylaxis....

where as plasma cells are called as plasma B cells are also white blood cells which secrets abundant antibodies....

they are originate in the blood narrow...

macrophages come from white blood cells called as monocytes....

monocytes are formed from bone marrow from stem cells ......
