It controls the functioning of cell and it is the control centre which controls metabolism and reproduction of Cells. It contains information about chromosomes in its chromatin. It forms ribosomes on its nucleolus. They develop and change when there are changes in its genetic material present in it. Nucleus acts as a brain of the cell.
