Hey mate here is your answer》》

Subordinate courts, like district courts, sessions court, muncif courts etc, deal with civil and criminal matters. They work in the same manner as do High Courts or the Supreme Court. The only difference is that their verdicts can be challenged by the aggrieved person or party through an appeal in a higher court (HC or SC). Also the higher courts can issue certain writs if they feel the lower courts have crossed their original jurisdiction. Generally subordinate courts in a state are controlled by High Court. High court makes transfers and postings of subordinate judiciary except District Judges who are appointed by the Governor.
