Trypsin is a pancreatic juice and pepsin is a gastric juice.

Trypsin-It is an enzyme which acts in alkaline medium. It is used to digest proteins.

Pepsin- It acts in acidic medium. It is a protein digesting enzyme.

Trypsin and pepsin help in the breaking down of proteins into peptones and peptides..thus helping in the digestion.....hope this helps
