Functions of WBCs:
- White blood cells (WBCs) are know as immunity cells of our body.
- They helps to fight against the infections and disease. Hence called defence of body.
- They destroys infectious agents and some of the disease causing agents called pathogens.
- They produce antibodies and are known as phagocytosis.
- They also destroys cancer cells and they plays an important role in the body.
