Fundamental right given in our constitution are not absolute because:

1.
They are subject to reasonable restrictions as necessary for the protection of general welfare.

2.
The Supreme Court has ruled that all provisions of the Constitution, including fundamental rights can be amended.

3.
They can also be selectively curtailed.

HEYA .

I THINK THAT THE CONSTITUTION IS NOT ABSOLUTE BECAUSE--

1] IT CAN BE CHANGED ANYTIME WITH AMENDMENT

2] THE SUPREME COURT HAS RULED THE PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION INCLUDED IN FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS

3]IT PROVIDES FACILITIES TO MINORITIES ON CASTE BASIS BUT NOT IN ECONOMIC BASIS..
