The Constitution guarantees six fundamental rights to Indian citizens as follows: (i) right to equality, (ii) right to freedom, (iii) right against exploitation, (iv) right to freedom of religion, (v) cultural and educational rights, and (vi) right to constitutional remedies.

The fundamental rights are the charter of rights contained in Part lll of constitution of India. These rights are given to all the citizens of India to have freedom and live their life happily.

There are 6 fundamental rights:-
1. Right to freedom
2. Right to equality
3. Right against exploitation
4. Right to freedom of religion
5. Right against constitutional remedies
6. Cultural and educational rights.
