The Constitution gives certain rights to the citizen of India.
With these rights comes the duty to exercise them responsibly.
For example: A citizen has the right to criticize the government if it fails to provide basic amenities like water & electricity, but it is the duty of the citizen to prevent the wastage of amenities that the Government do provide.
Thus rights and duties are the two sides of a same coin.
