The Main Fundamental rights and duties mentioned in Indian Constitution are as follows:

(1) Right of Equality , Liberty and Democracy

(2) Freedom of Speech, Expression , to assemble in any part of the country.

(3) Right against Constitutional Remedies

(4) Its our Duty of Salute Indian flag and give respect to it.

(5) Freedom of practicing Any religion...no discrimination will be done according to cast and religion.

(6) Right to vote and right to Education for providing a educated nation.
