if am saying are enforceable at some point they deal with the very basic needs of the people, if you take a closer look at the nature of these rights, every person is born with human dignity, and it is this human dignity that gives that person a claim to human rights. so then all of these rights are the rights that safeguard democracy and protect the individual from the abuse of the state of power... so then they are your natural right, and nobody allowed to take them away from you. perharp they must be followed as the Bill of rights commaded... in same cases this fundamental right they may be limited bt only if this is in agreement with the provisions of the Bill of rights.
