Yes I agree with it , however these rights are not absolute . Citizens can enjoy these rights within reasonable restrictions.rights like Freedom to speech has some limitations like it should not be against sovergeneigty and integrity of the nation, security of the state , public order etc. So we can say that fundamental rights are universal in nature but they are not absolute...
