They are heterotrophic and eukaryotic. Also they are mostly terrestrial and chlorophyll is absent in this. Cell wall, the diagram should be seen, of fungi is composed of chitin. Chloroplast in this is absent hence chlorophyll is also absent.


Algae:


They are mostly aquatic, with the presence of chloroplast hence confirming the presence of chlorophyll. Cell wall of an algae is made up of cellulose.Light is necessary for the survival of algae.
