INCIDENT 1
So there’s this is one incident that I remember when I was in the 5th standard. It was the Social Studies class and I wasn’t particularly enjoying the class and therefore got into a conversation with my friend. A few minutes later, the teacher noticed me talking and then throws a piece of chalk towards me.
Thanks to my “Spidey senses”, that was the exact time when I turned towards the teacher and noticed that a chalk had been flung towards me. Not only did I catch that chalk, but I also returned it to the teacher by throwing it back to him.
Yes, no brownie points for guessing!! I was thrown out of the class amidst a thunderous applause from my friends :D
INCIDENT 2
This is one incident where I feel particularly proud of myself whenever I recall it now. So, I was in the 9th standard, and it was the English Class. The Principal of my school was our teacher. I am sitting in the first row, talking to my friend (Again!) when she asks the class, “A man said, I know the length of my son, but not his height. What does he mean?”
Without even a moment’s delay, I blurted out, “So he doesn’t come home early while his son’s awake.” It was supposed to be a part of the ongoing conversation between me and my friend, but thanks to the entire class who just kept mum at the right time, I was loud enough for the Principal to hear.
