funny mirrors can make you look short, long, far or distorted. what causes the image formed by these mirrors to be distorted?

because of the phenomenon of total internal reflection of light will be reflected on the uneven surface of the mirror, due to total internal reflection, the final image formed gets distorted as all the images of the objects is not formed in one reflection.
