While hiking with my sister and her two teen sons, I noticed at the edge of a cliff there happened to be a ledge just below which would allow someone to jump off, disappearing from sight, but safely land on the ledge below. As a prank, I asked her oldest son to pretend to fall off the cliff, which he did very convincingly. My poor sister became hysterical. Despite her son popping up safe and sound from the ledge quickly, she was shaken-up and teary the rest of the day. I felt horrible and learned my lesson. I officially became the worst sister ever that day.
