Cost of canvas = Rs. 79,200

Step-by-step explanation:

Diameter of the base = 100m

Radius of cyclinder = radius of cone = 50m

Height of cylinder = 3.3m

Slant height of cone = 56.4m

Cost of canvas per m² = Rs. 8.

Canvas required = curved surface area of cylinder + curved surface area cone

= 2πrh + πLr

= 22/7 [ (2 * 50 * 3.3) + (56.4 * 50) ]

= 1037.14 + 8862.86

= 9900 m²

Cost of canvas = 9900 * 8 = Rs. 79,200
