2))When the excess of glucose is synthesized by chloroplast in plants it is converted into a polymeric form known as starch. Starch is a polymer. It is a long chain of glucose molecules. Starch, a storage molecule, that can be converted back to glucose when the plant requires it. It can be broken down during the process of respiration, releasing energy stored in the glucose molecules.
3))The main difference between total parasite and partial parasite is that the total parasite totally depends on the host for its growth, survival, and reproduction whereas the partial parasite depends on the host only for a certain requirement of their life such as water and shelter.
4))Insectivorous plants prepare food by themselves, but they lack some of the vital nutrients such as nitrogen since they grow in soil where nitrogen is deficient. They eat some insects and thus make up for these nutrients. Hence they are said to be partial heterotrophs.
