Given:

A cloth measure

  • 3 m 25 cm = 325 cm

Sheela cut off

  • 75 cm

To Find:

Remaining piece of cloth.

Solution:

Total cloth = 325 cm

Piece of cloth used = 75 cm

Remaining piece of cloth = Total cloth - Piece of cloth used

Remaining piece of cloth = 325 cm - 75 cm

Remaining piece of cloth = 250 cm.

∴ Therefore 250 cm piece of cloth is left.
