Answer: Christmas is a time that everyone expects to celebrate with the close relatives and friends ,not leaving behind receiving and giving out of gifts .
The previous Christmas was the best of my lifetime because i have always wished to own a dog to keep me company in the house and during the routine afternoon walks in the street and surprisingly enough,i was given a very player-full dog as a Christmas present by my aunt.
At first i thought the dog would not be as friendly as i expected since i wasn't very sure on how to handle dogs,but my expectation was proved to be wrong by this fun loving dog.I nicknamed him Charlie.
Charlie got sick after a while probably because i didn't know the kind of food to give him during the cold season,this heartbroke me so much when the smooth dog turned pale.He was no longer as vigilant and energetic as he was earlier on.We visited the vet and started some medication,but Charlie as not responding well to treatment.I had however stopped playing with him.Little did i know that Charlie needed me as much as i needed him.
After i started keeping him company while sleeping ,i noticed that his health began to improve and his jumpy character.Being with Charlie during his sick moment make me to grief like he was.This made me to be more warm towards my friends and the people near me just as Charlie was ,not forgetting his loyal and understating character.
