galaxy look stationary but in actual condition galaxy is rotating around the center of mass of the galaxy. If you are traveling in a constant velocity car then you don't feel force .this same concept is apply here. galaxy is rotating with a constant velocity. and we are also travelling with this velocity so we can't feel.

The reason is because our galaxy too is revolving and earth also rotates we r unable to see them moving
