Galaxies look stationary, so why do scientists say that they rotate.....?

ANSWER :
☆ Actually they are not static. Every object in the Universe are relative. To suggest an object to be in rest or in motion it can be judge by frame of reference. As we humans are so small i.e we can say negligible in this vast Universe we can see the motion the Universe. Any object outside the Universe can only observe whether it is static ir relative. Even in 20 st century Stephen Hawking agreed that the Universe is expanding. So it can be examined that Universe also do motion or may rotate.
